Supervision for Music Therapists, Student Therapists, & New Professionals

Supervision is aimed to help the clinician reach their professional goals. Supervision may include video review of  sessions and/or discussing various clinical cases. Sessions are affordable (special rates apply to student therapists and new professionals) and can be conducted in person, through personalized phone call, or via video conferencing.

Clinical Musicianship Lessons for Music Therapists, Student Therapists, & New Professionals

Clinical musicianship lessons are individualized and based on the musical skill-set of the participant. Lessons may include mastering barr chords, expanding chordal vocabulary and progressions, modes and/or various musical styles, and musical and clinical improvisational techniques. the direction of each lesson is guided by the participant. Lessons may be conducted on guitar and/or piano). Lessons are affordable (special rates apply to student therapists and new professionals) and may be conducted in person or via video conferencing.

IMCAP-ND Level II Supervision 

IMCAP-ND level II supervision is for music therapists that have already completed the level I IMCAP-ND training course and are seeking to complete the IMCAP-ND certificate clinical training . Six 1 hour supervision sessions are required for level II and may be conducted in person or via video conferencing.

IMCAP-ND Coaching

IMCAP-ND coaching sessions are for music therapists that are already administering IMCAP-ND in their work. IMCAP-ND coaching sessions are individualized based on the needs of the therapist and may include clinical discussions pertaining to application, report writing, goal planning, and research agendas dealing with the IMCAP-ND.

DIRFloortime Coaching/Mentoring 

DIR coaching/mentoring is available all clinicians and educators participating in the DIR certificate training. Coaching sessions may include video review and discussion, report writing, and/or preparing case study material. Sessions are affordable and can be conducted in person, through personalized phone call, or via video conferencing.
