DIVERSITY AT WORK

Autistic people have a variety of exceptional skills that enable them to thrive in various work roles. However, they are often faced with work-related challenges because of difficulties with social communication and sensory differences. In addition, they may have to deal with colleagues and mangers that may not fully understand autism. Diversity at Work provides consulting services and training courses designed to support managers, colleagues (of autistic people) and autistic employees to ensure they are equipped and confident to work together effectively, collaboratively and respectfully.
